We found Sara Gordon by looking at the ratings on HAR and it was the best thing we did. We started researching builders and neighborhoods last fall. Sara helped us narrow down the builders and areas. She set up appointments to make the best use of our time since we were from out of town. She then did extensive research to help us find the perfect lot and house plan that fit our requirements. She gave us resources for lenders and inspectors. When we finalized our contract she was with us the entire time to guide us. During the entire building process she was there to answer questions. She saved us money on 2 occasions. Overall our experience with Sara was fantastic and I highly recommend her.

Sara had a considerable role in the process of selling our house. She guided us very thoroughly through all the steps and provided the best recommendations with regards to preparing the house for sale. Due to the challenging current environment as result of the pandemic, we were not very hopeful that we would see the house sell quickly enough. However, Saras experience proved critical in taking us through a quick and smooth sale. She also maintained the asking price where we expected it. Thank you Sara once again. As a first time home buyer, we had a great experience with Sara. Within minutes of putting in our inquiry regarding our search for a realtor, she responded to us and set up an face to face meeting with us. Sara tailored to our specific needs. At the beginning, we thought we wanted a house much smaller than what we ended up getting, and we were ok with buying an existing house. She used the preliminary information we provided and arranged 2 full days of house tours, and as we looked through the houses she wanted to show us, she made notes on our feedback. Once we have decided to go for bigger houses with specific design choices, she quickly suggested that we go for production house instead, and she walked us through the process. Sara was with us every step of the way during the process. She took us to our builder and gave us her opinion on the contract. Every time we asked her to be with us when we meet with the builder, she would be there to the extent that she could fit the time into her schedule, and if she couldnt, she would let us know and communicate with us via other means so that our questions/concerns are being addressed. Once we had a meeting with the construction manager and we discovered some issues, she took the time to talk with our sales agent and made sure issues are being addressed properly and promptly. “Sara is a true professional. She knows the business side of real estate as well as the real-life side. I was impressed that she encouraged us to not settle for a property that really wasn’t all we were looking for. When we got a bit pessimistic, she was confident that the right house would be listed and sure enough one was soon listed. She was a great negotiator, with realistic viewpoints. Really, just what you would want in someone advising you about a city or area you are not familiar with. She has a network of contacts she has used for a long time which is a very valuable attribute. Would highly recommend her to anyone needing a real estate professional. She’ll treat you like a friend who is trusting her judgement.”

Mrs. Gordon went above and beyond throughout the search process and more importantly, our sale. She worked diligently to ensure that we were informed, understood our options and supported us throughout the entire process by answering all of our questions. Her coordination efforts with other Realtors and providing sound advice was key in our success. Utilizing her knowledgeable experience in tandem with realty search tools not only showed what was for sale, but engaged the ability to expand the visibility of available properties but also provided community and tax information that was very important when making sound buying decisions. Sara was amazing. She came out and walked us through what needed to be done to get the best price for our house. We had it on the market two days and had our first offer. By day three we had several offers, some above asking price. We sold it quickly and closed in two weeks. Sara is very knowledgeable and is always willing to answer questions and explains everything. Sara was always very attentive, responsive and patient. She was available to us whether by phone or email late day, early morning, and weekends including holidays. For example, she took time during a Memorial Day bbq she was hosting at her house to finalize a contract to send the seller’s agent (houses move very fast in the area of Cypress we were targeting, and we didn’t want to waste time getting our offer in). Even after we closed and moved into our new house, she brought us a few chairs and a table to use until our furniture got here. In short, she provided great personal attention and thoughtful follow-up before, during and even after the sale.
