From the initial consultation through signing the final contract, Ginny was professional, helpful and knowledgeable.Robin is a valuable addition to Ginny’s team and did a great job coordinating a “Make Ready” and house staging. After initial consultation, Ginny recommended work that needed to be done to get our home ready for sell. Robin arranged all contractors and oversaw the work to a high quality finished product.Ginny was great during the negotiation process and her personable nature enabled her to keep all parties calm and moving towards closing.Ledwell Realty was great to work with and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them for full service home selling or buying. Truly amazing. From the detailed and comprehensive valuation presentation to the Closing table, Ginny and her team were the absolute best. Their white glove service was exactly what our busy family needed. Ginny suggested what improvements needed to be done and how much value we could get from doing them and gave us a choice of how much or how little we wanted to do. Then, Robin handled all of the scheduling, oversight of the project execution, and quality assurance. After that they handled all the staging - moving furniture around, bringing in decorations, art, rugs, furniture etc. We had many offers, with multiple on the first day.Ledwell Realty’s make ready service (which, amazingly, is included just by hiring them), attention to detail, and comprehensive and data-driven valuation is unparalleled. That alone would merit them five stars, but add to that their commitment to the community, great personalities, proactive and professional approach…we would give Ten Stars if we could.
