I bought a home recently through Gina and I am impressed with the service that she provided. From the beginning she was able to provide candid feedback on the properties that we were viewing pointing out both the pros and the cons of each property.When it came to negotiating the price on a house, Gina used a data driven approach when working with the seller and the sellers broker. She was able to provide multiple examples to help back her numbers yet would still leave the final decisions to myself and my family.Throughout the entire experience Gina was a pleasure to work with and was always on top of the entire process even going as far as working with my mortgage loan agent to help resolve issues as they came up.

Gina was absolutely wonderful to work with. We looked for houses for about 5 months and she helped me submit multiple offers given the state of the current market. We looked at over 100 houses together and Gina was always knowledgeable and prepared for every house we looked at. We even had a deal go sideways due to the sellers and listing agent being extremely unreasonable, but Gina handled it like a true professional and was able to find the best possible outcome for all parties involved. I would have lost my mind going through this process if not for Gina and her help. Once we found the right house, the process was very smooth and easy and I am very happy with the house we closed on. Gina is by far the best realtor I have ever used and I will never use another realtor again.

Also, Gina is very knowledgeable about the local real estate markets, she was very determined to help us get the home that we wanted; not rushing us to choose a home to close a deal fast. Relocating to the Dallas area, Gina truly listened to my needs, kept me updated with new listings. When the time came to go for showings, Gina was so organized. All appointments were made, print outs of each home available and kept up with. She made an overall difficult process in a new city much more manageable. Very patient realtor. Although client took over a year to make a decision Gina was very understanding of needs of a first time home buyer. She was perceptive to the requirements and catered to them accordingly. Did not influence the decision, rather presented the facts and gave space to client to weigh the pros and cons. Was matter-of-fact and not emotion based choices. Gina talked the talk and Walked the Walk! She was by our side at every step and managed multiple schedules over several weeks of showings until the home felt right. Gina goes above and beyond at every point in the process, from researching the comps to set price, securing the best photos, perfect tips and help for staging, and meticulous paperwork with easy remote signing. She is so amiable with prospective home buyers and their representing realtors. We had to leave town before closing and she even tended to our sprinkler system to keep the yard in shape for the buyers. She is always available for any questions we had and helps negotiate a great deal for buyer and seller. Due to her diligence we made a significant profit even though we had only been in the house for 2 years! Sold in 3 days with 33 offers.Thank you so much!

Gina was the first realtor to contact me after I left my message in Zillow. I got many other phone calls and/or emails, but Gina was the only one that offered to do a comparison and bring it by. When I met Gina I got a very good vibe from our meeting and when I asked her what her approach was to selling she gave me the answer I was looking for. I try to make it a Win Win experience for both Seller and Buyer . And she worked hard to make that happen, even though the Buyers agent did everything possible to bully us into doing what was not a Win for us. I would recommend Gina to anyone looking for an agent in the area. She had my back all the way.

Gina worked so hard for us to find the perfect house. We came to town on two separate weekends and she spent the days showing us multiple houses that fit our criteria.
