Gilley recently represented us in the sale of our home in San Antonio (which he and Denisse also helped us buy five years ago) and was outstanding! Gilley is extremely knowledgable of the San Antonio real estate market; has the network of contacts to quickly and cost effectively take care of any related preps like home staging or maintenance issues; and most of all is absolutely trustworthy - the most important thing for us in deciding who to represent the sale of our home and biggest financial asset. Ive bought, sold, and rented out properties in DC, Denver, and San Antonio and worked with many folks in the real estate industry, but Gilley and his wife Dennisse are the best...highly recommend!

I sought Orlando out because of his experience and knowledge with investment properties. He did his best to understand what we were trying to accomplish. Gilley and Denisse were professional and gave solid real estate advice on homes that were or were not worth the asking price and were no-pressure. We looked at dozens of homes and switched homes under contract and bids several times last second and they were always helpful and on top of it. Gilley and Denisse Mendoza have been nothing short of AMAZING! My boyfriend and I were in the market for our first home and God placed the Mendoza’s in our lap. They are incredibly knowledgeable, professional, responsive, kind and diligent agents.We weren’t entirely sure the location or property type we wanted at first so they were able to show us a vast amount of properties in a short amount of time to help us really narrow down our search. They were extremely responsive and fast-acting. I think there was one week that we saw about 30 + homes!
