Amazing realtor that goes well above and beyond at every step. Our home search/buying to closing process was streamlined and stress free. Simran was there for all meetings, did all the groundwork, and stayed well connected with the entire team including lender, seller, and us. Highly recommend her without a doubt. Will go back to her in the future if we ever have any realtor needs.

Simran is the listing agent for a rental property next door to me that unfortunately had a tenant who liked to play very loud music regularly. After doing some research, it appeared that both she and the owner of the house were associated with Gill Fine Properties so I reached out to Simran as I couldnt find contact info for the registered owners name. When it appeared nothing had been done to tame the tenant, I left a bad review and mentioned Simran by name. Unbeknownst to me, she had passed my frustration on to the landlord/owner, who, in time, reached out to me directly and did a great job choosing the next tenant. Sending thanks to them both.
