Also, Suzanna worked endless hours to insure my house was ready for listing, she was very knowledgeable, worked with me according to my budget , and provided excellent service . The house was transformed and it sold after 3 weeks from being on the market!

George was great at explaining the process and being responsive to our needs.I would recommend them to everyone who wants an honest and hard working realtor. George gave us a home buyer guide and notebook in what to expect, the process and how long it takes. It includes point of contacts for inspectors that were recommended by his previous clients which and more such as home warranty companies. When we finally found our home, George was quick to submit documents and reach out to seller realtor.George gave his honest opinions but didnt overstep his job. He told us when a house was in a flood zone and wouldnt recommend it and when a home had too much work to be done to invest as first time home owners.He took his time to explain literally everything! He never showed frustration throughout this process.His wife Suzanna was great in processing paperwork and reaching out through phone and email to follow up and receive signatures via DocuSign.Once we became homeowners, he reached out to follow up a few weeks later. Trying to buy a home in 2022 was hectic and almost impossible at first. In the springtime it seemed like there were 20 buyers to each good house on the market. But Jorge kept a positive attitude and advised my me and my wife not to give up. We tried again in the fall, and when we found a house we wanted Jorge negotiated hard on our behalf and got us a good deal. He was very reassuring through the whole process and always kept us informed at every step of the buying process. Would highly recommend!

I recently purchased a property with the help of Jorge from Chiriboga Realty. He has gone above and beyond on my behalf in making sure that not only the process goes smoothly but also making sure that we were able to get the winning bid while not overpaying for the property. Jorge took his time to explain to me the whole buying process. Also during stressful times when the sellers agent was playing hardball, Jorge was calm and patient and made sure that I got a new roof paid for by the seller before closing in addition to other repairs needed. After closing, Jorge followed up with me and is still helping me with everything I need to know and even sharing his handyman contact in case I need it for small repairs around the house. I am very grateful to have had him represent me during this purchase and I look forward to working with him on future purchases. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would.
