Geoffrey has been SO much more than a realtor to our family! He has been a friend and the BEST guide to Texas that we never could have anticipated.We moved from WI for my husbands job and he made such a stressful time for us so incredibly enjoyable, exciting and comfortable! Buying or selling a home is never easy unless you use Geoffrey Lyons. Geoffrey is very knowledgeable about Rockwall and the current real estate market. Geoffrey’s hard work and knowledge of what it takes to sell a home really paid off. Our listing looked great!My husband and I decided to sell one of our rental home in Rockwall, Texas. Geoffrey lived across the street from the home and was out playing with his children when we met. He spent hours answering our questions, providing objective data regarding how many homes sell, how long their listings typically stay on the market, and providing tons of info on comps in the area.Geoffrey made the process incredibly easy. He went over and above to sell our home. He even involved his family in the open house. The kids had a lemonade stand and his wife made cookies for the event. Our house went under contract 3 days after we put it on the market. We had multiple offers over our asking price and we closed on the house in 2 ½ weeks. The closing was seamless and Geoffrey walked us through every step of the closing process.I have and will continue to recommended the Geoffrey Lyons to everyone I know. Geoffrey took the time to help us through the process of selling our home we had purchased a home before but never had to sell. He took the time to explain it peace by peace and what it was going to be and things that we did not know that the buyers could ask could ask for. We made the little repairs that they asked for and we got what we were asking for at closing. My husband and I decided it was time to settle down and we tried the whole house hunting thing on our own and was not successful. So we reached out to Geoffrey and saw houses each night for almost 2 weeks straight. We finally decided on a house and he made things very very easy for us. When my husband and I weren’t able to contact the owners Geoffrey would contact them for us and help us get the answers we needed. After all was said and done we still remain in contact with him because he is a genuine person and really cares about his clients. I would 100% recommended him to anyone looking for a new home!

Geoffery is the most down to earth, get it done Realtor you will meet! He is the real deal, Texas born, Texas loving guy! He knows the market and what to do to get you maximum out of your house sale. Reached out to Geoffrey regarding a colleague in search of a home. Once I put them in contact with each other he immediately began working to help them find a home. It was not easy as many of the homes were being closed, but that did not stop Geoffrey. He continued working hard to find them the home they needed. After many rejections they were finally able to find one! It really meant a lot to me that Geoffrey took them under his wing as first time home buyers and helped them through the entire process. If you are looking for a realtor, look no further you have landed on the right page. You won’t find anyone who is more dedicated to making sure you are happy and that you find what you are looking for!

Geoffrey helped us sell a rental property we had during Covid and we had so many problems with the renter trashing the house, and she wouldn’t get out. He helped us clean it out and get it listed asap, and we sold this house. He had to deal with delays and we finally closed this house that I had some great memories in myself.
