Gena provided my husband and I tremendous support while we navigated the purchase of our Seagrove condo. She quickly responded to our last minute request to visit condos in the area. We were able to visit quite a few condos in the area we finally bought in that met all of the major requests we asked for. During the loan process Gena worked very hard to answer all of our questions and gave gentle reminders to help us respond quickly to meet our 30 day closing requirements. Additionally, Gena works with a team of people who were expert in their field, thoughtful in considering our needs, and just really nice people. I highly recommend Gena if you are interested in purchasing a home in the 30A area. I should mention that we live in NorCal so we’re very reliant on Gena to help us overcome the geographic issues. She is wonderful!

Gena listed our house and within one week we received two offers. I was shocked considering our price point and the fact that the busy season hadnt begun yet. She did a great job pricing the home and negotiating the contract with the buyers agent. She also gave us advise on staging our home which received many compliments at the open house. Her professionalism, marketing expertise and knowledge of the real estate industry make her an excellent realtor and we will be using Gena for our future real estate needs.
