Alicia and her staff were very professional and responsive from our initial contact with her agency. After our initial interview she provided us with many available houses to view in our areas of interest, virually. Once we selected the houses we wanted to tour she made all the arrangements in a very timely manner. We were able to buy a house and close within three weeks. All the paperwork except the closing was handle online. We were very pleased with how closely she worked and kept us informed throughout the whole buying and closing process. She gave us exceptional service, we would highly recommend her and her agency for your next home buying or selling endeavor.

Alicia is the kind of realtor that I needed to sell my home. She did an excellent job gathering all the information needed to list the property. She was very easy to work with and answered all of my questions promptly and professionally. After a buyer had signed the contract there were a couple of challenges that could have caused the deal to fall through. However, she promptly came up with good solutions that were a win/win for both parties and she really worked hard to close the deal. She is very trustworthy and conscientious and she went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure that everything went smoothly throughout the entire process. I highly recommend her to anyone who is looking for a great realtor to sell their home or buy a new one!

Alicia is without a doubt the best realtor you can find. She spent days with me searching for the right home for us within our budget. She never once tried to get us to go above our budget as so many other realtors have in my past. Alicia listens intently to what we not only need, but want. You see, we had 6 days to find a house within our budget in a town we knew nothing about. No friends or family to assist us in making our decision as to what or where to buy. Alicia was there and knew exactly what we needed and where to find it. She became the friend we needed when we had none. I know this sounds sappy but it’s true. In general, I don’t like realtors, but Alicia proved to me that she is the cream of the crop.
