Great experience with Matt. Matt spent countless hours getting to know my property so he could show it to maximum advantage. He put out game cameras to see what game was on the property. He fished in the tanks to see what fish they held. I sometimes felt Matt knew the property better than I did. Matt attends ALL showings. I’m sure Matt could answer any question a prospective buyer could ask.(previous listing agency would send out of area agents and buyer without joining them. I asked my previous agent how they would find the tanks-he said they had an aerial map!) I am thankful someone recommended Gaines Land Sales after my contract expired.Matt put a fair price on the property and sold it in a very reasonable time. I’m sure prospective buyers were as impressed with his professionalism and knowledge as I was!
