Gabby is great, she got us through a nightmare sales and purchase process.We found a house we wanted and made an offer, but the place turned into the money pit and we walked away when all of the known problems (they didn’t allow access to the main electric panel) totaled over $30k.In the meantime, we went under contract for our house and it appeared for a time that we would have to store everything in the house and rent.But…the new buyer and Rocket mortgage were doing a loan that wasn’t legal in Texas, which we found out the day AFTER we signed all the closing docs, including for the second house we found (apparently the title company wasn’t paying attention either).So.. now we’re scrambling through showings and negotiations again..Second buyer for our house.. tries to hide a foreclosure and then files bankruptcy two days before closing.. As we are going to close for a second time on the house we want.That evening, as we my wife was giving me the news, Gabby found the ultimate purchaser of our house (the market had changed by then and she helped us make good decisions on how to proceed).The next day, we went back into contract for the house we wanted (we thought we lost it after all of this chaos).Thanks to Gabby, her contacts for financing and other services, and perseverance through exceedingly stressful days, we sold our former home to a great family and have a wonderful new place..She supported us through lots of laughter, and lots of frustration..Call her, you won’t be disappointed!
