Gabriel was more than wonderful to work with. Despite renting this home to folks for over 20 years, I was unfamiliar with dealing with such overwhelming damage from renters. Living out of state from my TX rental was not a problem. Gabe viewed the pictures I sent and was quickly on-site to assess next steps. He anticipated our questions and provided pertinent information before we even needed to ask. His familiarity with construction, local regulations, and relationships with the needed trades was amazing. Although living in Colorado, dealing with this horrible disaster from the last renters was no problem with Gabes advice. I eventually decided to sell my long-term rental home and he was able to switch gears from renovation to finding a buyer so quickly. He coached me as we moved through each process and it was completed within a such a few weeks. I felt I could completely trust Gabriel with this project. Many thanks Gabe!

Had a great experience with Gabriel working through the options to sell our home while out of state. He worked hard and took the time to provide all the positives and negatives of each approach. He has reliable contractor recommendations and adapted well as we made changes in direction (from remodel and sell to a wholesale offer from his partnering investors).He is a great resource for anyone looking to sell. He was recommended by a friend of mine and Im glad we found Gabriel, he was reliable, trustworthy and upfront. I would personally recommend him to anyone selling a house in the Irving/Dallas/Fort Worth area!

Gabe is an amazing realtor! My husband and I were buying our first home. We had no idea what we were doing , what to expect, or how to get there. Gabe takes the time to explain everything to you from what to expect to how the process works. If you listen to what he says it will make the process extremely smooth. I actually had a lender before I met Gabe and decided to stick with the lender I had instead of going with who Gabe had been working with for years and that was a huge mistake. However Gabe was always there to bridge the gap when needed and if it wasnt for him we probably wouldnt have made it through the process. He has so much wisdom and is so helpful. He will even give you advice on what adds value to your home as you update it. Even after you purchase your home he will be there to wish you happy birthday and happy holidays. He is our realtor for life. The next time we purchase it will be with land and we wouldnt dream of using anyone else.

When buying our house every time we tried to put a offer in the house was already under contract. Gabe and his team worked tirelessly to get us listing for what we wanted even making sure we got the listings at 4am so we could check it out ASAP. After finding our home he made the whole process smooth and eazy gave us tips and guides for house hold things and guides to updates.To this day still checks in on us and wishes up happy holidays and birthdays. Next home we get will be with land and what he says goes.
