We had the BEST experience with our agent Tammy Greenbauer. It was like having a best friend walk us through the whole experience. She got to know our family and our needs, answered our countless questions, helped us navigate everything during a crazy pandemic, and ultimately helped us find a home we absolutely love love love. Oh! And she helped us sell our old house in less than 24 hours! Thank you for the care and attention Tammy. You made the whole process so easy and enjoyable. What a treasure you are!

From initial meeting, to closing on the property, it was a pleasure to work with Christine Mayes of the Full Spectrum Team. She helped me find my home in 2014 and again sell the same home in 2019. She came highly recommended and I see why. She was consistently knowledgeable, helpful, and patient. I greatly appreciate how she always answered and returned my calls and emails in a timely manner. Her integrity is impeccable and it shows that she genuinely cares about her clients. Also, she was extremely responsive in both scheduling viewings and in documentation. I appreciate her expertise on the best areas according to my needs (safety, best schools etc.).The support continued even after we were completely moved in. She offered references for everything from insurance, to home inspection, to home maintenance and repair. Each referral that was given to me was also an excellent experience. I will be referring Christine to everyone in the greater San Antonio area who is looking for a realtor.

Samantha Jordan was by far the best agent we could have asked for. She helped us get into a rental property 2 years ago and now into our own home! She is highly responsive and always available, regardless of the time or day. Although the buying process was super stressful and we hit a lot of obstacles along the way, she kept us informed, focused, and solution oriented. There’s no way we could have made it to the finish line and into our home without her. I would highly recommend her to anyone and everyone looking to rent or buy. I know its been 8 months since we moved into our new house and the fact that my wife already reviewed and commented on here, I just wanted to reiterate and piggy back. Christine was a constant professional. Very loyal and outstanding realtor to my wife and I. She stuck with us for approximately 4-5 years looking for a home that we could call home. And although it took us awhile, we finally found one. Through all that Christine never remotely pressured us. Her patience was quiet impeccable and it truly defined our experience with her. Words can not describe how lucky we were to use Full Spectrum to manage our property and then sell our property. The property management was top notch, issues were resolved immediately and professionally. Jenina handled everything like the true professional she is. Tammara saved the day when it came time to sell. Hail and rain damaged our roof while it was on the market and Tammara found us a roofer, painter and carpet installer (we are out of town) and managed the repairs while still looking for that perfect buyer. The perfect buyer came along and she kept us updated on everything while they secured their financing. You will not be disappointed when you hire Full Spectrum.

There aren’t enough words to describe how AMAZING Full Spectrum Realty, and Terry Todd have been throughout every step of every process! Rewind 3 1/2 years when Terry and I embarked on finding the perfect house for me! He explained everything from the ins and outs of the SATX market, to helping me identify the things I wanted to have in my house (that I didn’t even know I wanted at first). After viewing somewhere in the ballpark of 18 houses, we found the one! He was in my corner the whole time to ensure that I got a good deal on my home, that I understood everything about the process, and was just as excited as I was when I closed on my new home! As a first time home buyer, it seemed like a daunting, and relentless process....however, with Terry on my team it was an easy and enjoyable journey! Now we fast forward to present day, and of course I called on Terry to help me sell my house! He did a fantastic job analyzing the market and finding the correct price point, and is transparent/knowledgeable throughout every step of the way! Terry is one of the special ones in this career field! He has a way to make you feel that he isn’t “working” for you, but he aligns more with being a good friend who is there if you need anything at all! Full Spectrum realty didn’t hire a realtor when they hired Terry, they hired a professional who takes his job to the next level!

My beautiful realtor was Christine Mayes. She helped us for 4 years finding the perfect home! Lol the patience she had lol 😆 But she became more than a realtor she became part of our family! We truly appreciate 🙏 everything she has done for us! She went more than far and beyond! She is the best!!! When we signed, she surprised us with big beautiful roses and balloons🎈😍. We used Steve Reyes to sell our last home and then to purchase our current residence. We have been through the process before but Steve brought new insight and ideas to help get our home sold quickly. We appreciated the attention to detail and care he took with us and our property. While purchasing our current home we were very picky and looked at many houses. Steve was patient and helped us look at each house with an open eye to the good... and the bad. I want to do her justice by writing out how this professional went above and beyond her job to make selling my home tolerable. With selling any home, comes various stress and unknowns thrown your way as a seller. She advised us on the processes, timelines, expectations as well as the downside to making certain decisions. When there were days that I wanted to pull my hair out, she was there reassuring us that all will work out. Her positivity and patience are one that is unparalleled and believe me your agent has to have lots of patience with you during this process of selling your home. Bottom line is that Christine has never failed us, Not once! She was there from start to finish. She worked weekends and late evenings to ensure that our home was ready to start showing. What a great company and agent! I certainly recommend Laurencia Quinian as an Agent. She was ours. From the first day we expressed interest in moving to the day of closing our new property, Mrs. Quinian was a valuable resource and partner to us. I discovered Tasheena Penman through social media when searching for Realtors to collaborate with for an infill project my employer is working on. I was looking for a Realtor with experience and knowledge in the downtown, midtown and southtown markets of San Antonio. Tasheena checked all the boxes and then some. I was impressed with her vast knowledge and understanding of these markets, as well as the other builders with developments in the area. Tasheena hosted several open houses for us, and the traffic she was able to generate was higher than the previous open houses we had hosted at those properties. Shes my go-to when I have questions about the urban markets in San Antonio, and shes a Realtor that I trust to refer my buyers to when they need to sell their homes.

I was not very happy with this company for many reasons. The major ones involved renting us a house that was clearly under prepared to receive tenancy and the company made promises they later were determined not to keep. The AC went out immediately, the shower shot the faucet off the next day, and the first rain leaked through the garage damaging boxes we hadnt even had the time to unpack yet.A month in to this place we were seething as you can imagine. Luckily, one of Full Spectrums employees named Genina took great care of us. She was patient and worked through each problem with us. When we moved out she held the company to their word and was able to save us a mountain of financial grief. She went above and beyond.Thank you, Genina. Youre the only reason this isnt a 1 star review lol.
