Clarissa is truly exceptional and THE BEST real estate agent we have ever worked with. In fact, since collaborating with her in our last three moves we would never use anyone else. Words cannot express our gratitude and thankfulness Clarissa provided us with when selling our home. From the initial listing to the closing day, Clarissa was incredibly attentive and proactive, always keeping us informed about every step of the process. Clarissa is very professional, extremely knowledgeable, an excellent communicator and a great negotiator. Clarissa made the selling process stress-free. Clarissa is an outstanding realtor in every way; the very best we have worked with by far, and we have worked with some good ones. She really knows the market and gave us great advice on how to prepare our home for sale, what the price should be, how to respond to offers and requests from buyers, and more. She was right about everything. She is also unbelievably quick. She got our house on the market almost immediately and responded to every question and request we had so fast. We had a contract pending within a week, and sold the house a month later. She made the whole process so smooth and effortless. She is also delight to work with-- consistently pleasant, personable, and upbeat. We recommend her 100%!

First, Clarissa really helped us find the home we were looking for. She listened to what we needed and found us some good homes to consider. Clarissa communicated with us clearly through the whole process. She explained the in and outs of the purchase and the process of buying was quite smooth.Next, she helped enormously in the sale of our old house. She helped us dispose of extra furniture and staged the house expertly with virtually no budget. She helped us arrive a price in line with the market and negotiated effectively in the sale. I want to shout from the rooftops about how great Clarissa and the Front Porch Realty team are! Ive worked with realtors on the west coast and none compare to Clarissa.She knows the ins and outs of the business, teaching classes in realty. She is so professional and proficient. And that is wonderful. But then on top of that, she is friendly and personable and puts a seller (and I suppose buyers too) completely at ease. I have other property to sell in the future, and when the time is right, I will immediately contact Clarissa and give my business to Front Porch Realty. 4 months later and I am still ecstatic with my new home and the service I received from Clarissa at Front Porch Realty. She was honest, prompt, caring, and extremely knowledgeable.
