    There is no doubt Paul was meant to be our realtor. He was actually our second realtor, after we had no success with the first one. We came to him pretty beaten down with little faith we would ever get a house. But Paul changed all of that!     Paul has helped us with a couple home purchases over the years and we couldn’t be happier with everything he has done for us. We were new to the area with our first purchase and he helped us identify the area we wanted to be in and what type of home we were looking for. Our first purchase was an existing home and we really wanted a home with a pool and he helped make that happen. Our second purchase was new construction and he helped us work with the builder to get everything we dreamed of in a new home and also helped us get a great deal.     Paul helped my wife and me purchase our first home and we had an experience that far exceeded our expectations. Since this was our first home purchase, Paul took the time to explain the entire process to us as well as explain each part of the process as we progressed through our purchase. He was polite and professional the entire time even when I asked the same questions multiple times over the course of 2 months. Paul was honest about this thoughts on each property being very careful to not influence our decision one way or another. Its just that Paul has an eye for things that a first time homebuyer will miss and he pointed out many things on several houses that I never would have seen. Paul is very educated in real estate. He knows the process, the contracts, the laws, home structures and systems, irrigation, grading for drainage, etc... We learned so much from Paul. Additionally, he was patient. We looked at almost 20 homes in 2 months and never felt like we were a burden to him. We would thank him so much and he would always respond, Its my job!. To Paul, we were not customers... we were clients. Rather, we felt like family. We could tell Paul truly cared for us, wanted the best for us, and was determined to help us find our perfect home and he did. Here are some examples of where Paul went above and beyond: 1) he drove to 3 or 4 developing neighborhoods and spoke with the sales manager for each builder in each neighborhood looking for the best deal we could get on new construction homes in their inventory, 2) he dealt with two of my approved lenders to find which one was the best deal factoring in proper tax rates, builder incentives and lender incentives, 3) Although he was not required to, especially for a new construction home, he showed his support by coming with us to the title company on our closing day. We continue to utilize Pauls expertise in the future and will recommend him to any and everyone we know who is considering a home purchase. If you want a professional realtor who treats you like family, then you better call Paul.
