As a woman in my early 20s purchasing my first home, the inspection part of the process was nerve wrecking to me because of horror stories ive heard and obviously not being able to understand what all might they present me with. but I am soo thankful I did my research and came across Freedom Properly Inspections and worked with Daryl he was SOOO thorough and presented me with every minor detail to big things that needed taken care of. He provided solutions, he provided personal experiences and insight.. he made me understand everything he was telling me. I highly recommend Freedom Property Inspections. I needed an third party inspection as soon as possible and they were able to work with me and come to my property the next day. I received two PDFs both had all of the detailed information. The only difference is one had all of the picture and didnt. All of the information was clear and concise, as well as arrows pointing to problem areas so I did not half to figure out what the problem was. I got the report the following day. I have some issues with the soil level decreasing around my house, thereby exposing more of the foundation. I called Freedom Property Inspections and spoke with Daryl. He spoke with me for more than 20 minutes over the phone advising me of what I can do and where I should be going to make purchases for my project. I took a few pictures for him on my cell while I was chatting with him, and he was able to assess my issue and make recommendations in real time. Even though I never paid for the service, he was willing to help me out and direct me to the right people. He is definitely passionate about his work and about helping others out with his expertise.

This was our first home buying experience and it wasn’t very smooth, but Daryl was the key in helping us understand where we were in the process and what we needed to focus on. Cannot recommend him enough!

Daryl is incredible! We did pre dry-wall inspection, pre-closing inspection, and 11 month warranty inspection for our new build. Every single time, he did an incredibly thorough job with super detailed report for all inspections. He gave us extra suggestions since we’re first time homeowners. Daryl, frankly is the best inspector that exists. He even has topped Inspector Gadget! In all seriousness though, Daryl is as through and informative as it gets. If there is an issue to be found in your home, rest assured he is going to find it. All it took was watching one of his videos of an inspection to let me know he was the right fit and would have me and my familys best interest in mind for our new home. He was super flexible with all of the rescheduling that happened as a result of our walkthrough being pushed back numerous times and even had a full report back to us within 24 hours. He has a great sense of humor and is personable which was icing on the cake. If you need an inspection, give this guy a call and dont think twice about it. Thanks again, Daryl!

Daryl came highly recommended so we, naturally, expected equally impressive results. What we got in the end blew all our expectations out of the water.It immediately became obvious Daryl has a long experience inspecting homes. That made the entire process painless for us. Not only was he able to find every little thing that was wrong with the house (I could swear I saw a part of the dinged wall shrink under his scrutiny!) but he took the time and explained it all to us verbally, one item at a time.I am now fully aware of everything thats wrong with my future home and, thanks to Daryls detailed report, I know how much time and money will it take to get everything fixed.Bottom line: If you need an exceptional home inspector - call Daryl. Even if you dont, call him anyway. Hes a great conversationalist! :-)

He uses the latest technology and gadgets and generates a beautiful report that is easy to read, detailed and extremely thorough. Choosing a home inspector is often a leap of faith... you really need to trust the inspector to do a great job, and thats why I will never use anyone else but Daryl. I trust him completely. Daryl is prompt, professional, courteous and very thorough. Weve bought several properties in our time and I dont think I have ever gotten a report like the one Daryl provided. His reports are extremely detailed and thorough and he does a fantastic job of trying to make sure you know what youre getting in to. I was extremely pleased with the report we got from him. In the end, we were able to use some findings to negotiate on the house some more and then kept the rest of the smaller items for things we knew we would want to address on our own over time. He also took the time to answer any questions we had and to make sure we didnt have anything we didnt understand from the report. I would absolutely recommend him to anybody for a pre-purchase inspection.
