Traci did a phenomenal job selling our home and helping us purchase our new home. The sale was better than we could have hoped for. Traci made sure we knew exactly why she was suggesting the list price she chose and what we should do to prepare our home to receive top offers when listed. She walked us through not only staging our home, but what we could expect when offers began coming in and showings occurred. We received a top offer and closed quickly! Our “new to us” home was a bit of a different story. It took some “out of the box” thinking/planning to make it happen how we needed it to happen. Traci was with us every step of the way…from sitting in on days worth of contractor visits, all the way to closing. We couldn’t have asked for a better realtor.
