There is not enough positive we can say about our experience with Frank. He has been *fantastic* in every way as our realtor.We moved back to San Antonio from the SF Bay Area, and did the almost fully remote purchase/build/monitor thing, and Frank made it so easy for us. He kept us informed each step of the way, if there was ever an issue he handled it quickly and efficiently, and if/when we needed eyes on the work site, he was there and kindly worked alongside my dad to ensure all was well.Again, Frank was patient, kind, attentive, and thorough, but also firm and professional when need be as our advocate with our builders. I would trust *any* family and friends into his care as their relator, and, in fact, let me tell you about this:We had some good friends who were born and raised in northern California, and came out to visit us in Texas to get a glimpse of Gods country. We hooked them up with Frank, who took *two full days* of his own time to show them the entire Far West/Northwest side of San Antonio, Boerne, AND New Braunfels. Yall, two *full* days, on just one family. *That* is the type of man that Frank is, and the type of care and time he dedicates. Needless to say, those friends of our bought a beautiful home in the greater San Antonio area and Frank was instrumental in helping them find the perfect home for them.I cannot say enough kind things about Frank, but I can say this: We will *never* buy a home in San Antonio again *without* Frank as our realtor, and if youre in need of a new home and relator, save the additional time, Google searches, etc. and just hit Frank up. Youll be well taken care of, and youll be so glad you did!We love you, Frank!

Working with Frank as our realtor has been very smooth and professional. Weve worked with a few realtors throughout San Antonio in the past, and he is definitely the best weve worked with. Very personable, honest, straight forward, and proactive with communicating. We almost went with open door to sell our house but after talking with Frank, we are so glad we went with him, he sold our house way above the open door offer, and treated us as a friend more than a client. Was always available to answer all questions and concerns throughout the process. He takes the time to get quick responses from other parties to ensure we were always in the loop throughout the process.
