Denise and her team were an incredible asset to have during the house search and home buying process. I had been dealing with realtors before them that essentially left it up to me to figure everything out from scratch. The Franco Real Estate Group provided an excellent presentation during our initial consultation about everything that I should expect throughout the process.The thing that stood out to me the most was their market analysis and their guidance when trying to present a competitive offer. They provided house comparisons prior to making an offer and also suggested ways to present the offer as more competitive to sellers. Ultimately, an offer was accepted within 2-3 weeks of working with the Franco Real Estate Group. For comparisons sake I had spent upwards of 3 months with other realtor groups trying to find a house and never had much success. I was very satisfied with all the guidance provided and Denise and her team were consummate professionals through and through.If you are in the market to buy a house I highly recommend them to anyone out there. I also have no doubt that they would be an excellent asset to have as a seller as well. If I ever decide to sell my home I will 100% be using the Franco Real Estate Group to assist me through the process! I seriously cannot recommend them enough.

About four years ago I wanted to buy a house for the first time. Denise Franco not only made it easy in doing so but she was very patient with all my questions. She goes out of her way to find you your home. Once your in your home she follows up with you throughout the years. Now if that isn’t customer satisfaction to its fullest. Recently my life changed directions and I needed to sale my house. The process was smooth sailing. Franco reality is my only choice when it comes to anything related to real estate. Her team is amazing and truly a unique group. They never fall short of passing the information like a runner passes the baton to the next person. If you want professionalism, a genuine team, and customer satisfaction than Franco Reality should be the only number you call.
