Francis Krebs is very professional. She has assisted us with both the contract to purchase/build our new home and to sell our old home. She was able to recommend vendors for pre-sale inspection so we could determine if our old home required work before selling, she also was able to recommend a cleaning service so we could have our old house thoroughly and professionally cleaned (including carpets shampooed and stretched) once we vacated.She knows the area and the market better than most realtors we consulted as well as knowing more than our original inspector and builder of our old house.I completely and wholeheartedly recommend Francis Krebs.

Francis helped us sell a rental in Arlington a few months ago and we cant say enough good things about her professionalism and the way she handled the sale. We are out of state so having someone like her on site was invaluable. I was hoping the sale would go smoothly, but didnt expect it to go as perfectly as it did. When the buyers agent inspector raised a red flag about the foundation, Francis enlisted another inspector who debunked the first inspectors findings and showed there was a much smaller problem that needed to be dealt with and not the foundation as a whole. Due to Francis being so pro active on our behalf the sale moved forward at a nice pace and we saved alot of money. Thank you Francis!
