My wife and I contacted Stevie to sell the current house we were living in so that we could purchase a property in the country outside of Austin. We did not want to put our house on the open market and have a bunch of people coming in and out of our living space. We also had some things about our house that were “as is” that we did not want to have to deal with or fix in order to sell it. Stevie had fabulous connections and contacts. She did a lot of research to help us put the right price on it and know we were getting a fair deal. We had offers quickly and were able to secure the house of our dreams just outside of Austin. She also really helped us narrow our search and give us great advice about the different areas around Austin and what would work best for us in the long run. We are so happy with our new house. She was an awesome realtor for us and we highly recommend her for anyone buying or selling a house in the Austin area! This is our new house with 5 acres. 2/3 of it is actually woods which is perfect. We have privacy, security and space to spread out and it even has a pool too. Yay! We have been here two years now and couldn’t be happier.
