Josiah was straight forward and very detailed through the process of selling my house. He was always avaliable and never pushed me to sell buy or do anything I did not want to do. He is military friendly and I would recommend him to any service member past or present. There was never a time I felt uncomfortable through this process. It was my first time selling a home also so we had 1 million questions. Lastly, my house was on the market for a week!!!!!!!!!

Josiah helped us in 2019 to sell our house in just four short days for maximum value! He walked us through everything we needed to do to get our house ready for the market, and I truly believe it was his knowledge and advice that sold our house so quickly. He even made himself available to put our dog in the crate and let her back out before and after showings! He was great with communicating every step of the way. Then he turned around and helped us find our dream home, and I’m thankful he did because the sellers were complicated and he had our back the whole time. Josiah helped us sell our home in late Aug. 2020 and this was the first time that my wife and I sold a home.He was very professional and answered any questions that me and my wife had. He was very quick to get the answers I needed and if he didnt know them he would quickly research or find the answers for us.He gave us ideas of how to stage our home since we didnt know the slightest clue on what to have up or what to take down.We had over 13 showings in 2 days due to some magic that Josiah did :). We had an offer the second night that the house hit the market and over the asking price.We did have to settle for the appraised value of the house, but hey it was perfect timing and we were able to save money by being able to stay in the home for a little bit while our new house was being completed.I would defiantly recommend Josiah to our family and friends. In fact I already told my old neighbors about him!

Help us out when we couldnt get financing through a mortgage company and hooked us up with a new one got us closed in under 15 days .
