    Laura did an OUTSTANDING job marketing our property from start to finish. She was very professional against all the many challenges, always kept us informed, was present at all the showings, negotiated a great price, and followed through to the funding making sure every aspect of our transaction was handled properly, and in our best interest. Not only did she represent us extremely well in selling our property, she was instrumental in helping us locate a home in our new location. She worked closely with the builders representative and the construction manager making certain the home met the building standards, and our needs.     We engaged Fore Premier Properties to sell our home in 2008. The Great Recession had just begun, and the real estate market was in decline. The Fores, Laura & Micah, had just moved to town and opened their business. They had no other agents in their firm at that time. But they worked their tails off to sell our house and got it done for a good price, considering the tough market. Also, they were a lot of fun to work with. I highly recommend them.
