I met this wonderful woman and breath of fresh air in 2016. I had recently relocated to Dallas from NC and I called one of my realtors in NC to get a referral of a realtor here to help me secure my new home. He sent me Patricia A Young!When we talked on the phone, she was so positive and excited. She then worked for a realty company and we looked at probably over 50 homes and this was during the time where Toyota and Lexus moved here so we had CA ppl buying houses cash money so that made it difficult for ppl financing homes.My lifestyle was always for a condo or townhome so we found one that I absolutely love and held it for 8 years. Have had some AMAZING times in it and my friends are all saying “all the memories in that house” while recovering from Achilles surgery I looked out the window with foot elevated and wanted to make changes to patio, had that completed and the next day decided to sell.I called Patricia and she didn’t believe I was serious - after she finally took me serious, she jumped into gear. Now she has branched off on her own at “Follow My Heels Home Group.” She came over to get the ball rolling with a professional photographer and drone completion.The home went live on a Wednesday a little over a month ago and we didn’t have anyone in it until the open house on that upcoming Saturday. Lots of visitors and interested potential buyers but the Open House on Sunday, he came! My buyer came in and fell in love with my home and wanted it right away. We contracted two days later and today, we closed!Patricia and I close on my new and fourth home in 19 yrs next week! I believe it is time for me to go somewhere and sit down😂😂😂😂Thank you Patricia and her team for your professionalism, drive, expertise and friendship. When I met you 8 .5 years ago I had no idea that after closing we would become friends but we did and you have remained the same and I appreciate you so much. I am sharing our experience with Patricia in hopes of letting everyone know what she offers to the experience of selling. We had a previous realtor with 25 years experience and who worked with Ebby Halliday. They basically posted on mls and sat back waiting for calls to come in. This realtor also couldn’t negotiate her way out of a paper bag. When her contract ran out we hired Patricia and WOW! What a difference!! She shared real time data on showings and included real comparable properties not just nearby properties. She utilized social media like a 16 year old and focused potential buyers on the neighborhood as well as the home with drone footage and frequent updates to visuals that brought in new inquiries. Her reach included those who might be relocating for work. Her communication with us as sellers was frequent, timely and relevant. We were selling from out of state. Patricia and Lizzy even helped keep our property tidy and show ready! She and her team are energetic, personable and productive. She got our home under contract in 25 days in a market where the average was 60 days. I would wholeheartedly recommend Follow My Heals Home to anyone buying or selling!!

I recently purchased a house in Mansfield TX and a Patricia was so kind and helped us through the entire process. During this whole ordeal we never felt alone or unsure of any decisions because Pat was there to guide us every step of the way. It took me some time to finally decide on a house that I wanted to pursue. Once I settled on a house, Pat was able to walk with us through the house Anna make sure that certain things were taken care of prior to closing. She made a process that could’ve easily been stressful priced as seamlessly and easy as possible. We highly highly recommend her!

Literally. The. Best. Realtor. From the moment we started our home selling process, Pat was on top of everything. It was really clear to us that she did her job well. We started off with a couple chats over the phone. During the second conversation I was supervised that she had already done research on our home and the surrounding area. When we first met in person, she gave us information about the housing market in the area and helped us come up with a selling price that we were comfortable with. She explained all the paperwork thoroughly. Just having her on our side really put our minds at ease while going through this process.We have had a few different realtors in the past but Pat was by far the best. She put so much more work into helping us sell our home than any of our other past realtors. If you want someone who is going to do a ton of research, and help you in the best way possible when selling your home, Pat is the number one option.
