I recently sold my home, I enlisted the services of Bryan Fitzpatrick and his team. The market was tight due to increased mortgage rates. First time home buyers had great difficulty in qualifying. Fitzpatrick gave me sound advice on all aspects of the listing. They really worked at selling my house. It was not just another listing to them. Bryan and Michelle communicated with me in a timely and meaningful manner. My home sold in a matter of weeks at a very fair price. A hail storm resulted in the necessity of putting on a new roof right in the middle of the listing time. This unforeseen delay was handled with care and a strong dose of professionalism. I went into the process completely clueless about anything at all as this was my first home buying experience. Her professionalism was absolutely notable and impressive. We started at her office in which she educated us on some of the areas and gave us her insights based on our needs. We narrowed down the areas we wanted to look at and discussed amenity needs of our home. From there she gave us a folder complete with recommendations and information for everything we needed in the process. She worked with our Lender directly and helped us through every step of the process. She was honest and real and forthcoming about every step and helped us anticipate the next step so we were prepared. We looked at so many homes together and narrowed everything down. She was able to find us the most perfect home in a beautiful area with all the amenities we needed for an amazing price. She worked very hard for us. We had a super short window to move and she made it all happen. Andrea absolutely shows a true passion for what she does and it is reflected in her work. Furthermore I have been impressed in her involvement and assistance even after the purchase was finalized after we moved in. I have had a few questions and she still answers promptly and is SO helpful. I was recently out of the country (12 hours ahead) and needed some help with something for the house and Andrea stepped in and offered assistance immediately. I will be absolutely be working with her on any of our future home purchases. I have recommended and will continue to recommend her to my peers, friends, family and anyone who needs help! The Fitzpatrick Team were AWESOME! We contacted them as soon as we knew we were moving to the Dallas/ Ft. Worth area. Immediately Andrea found our what our needs were and started sending us great listings. Andrea helped us find the perfect house on our first day we went looking. She really nailed it for us. She was a tough negotiator and saved us thousands of dollars at closing. Andrea hooked us up with great financing through Michael Johnson and both worked to get us the best deal. They responded right away whenever we had a question working very hard to get us closed and into the house as soon as possible. We moved in 2 weeks later which is unheard of today. Honestly its hard to put into words the experience that Ive had with the team and specifically Justin Fitzpatrick, but I will try to articulate. Our experience was very unique. My Fiance and I were moving into our first home together and were not very knowledgeable about anything regarding homes. We started off as clients looking to lease and attempted to procure Justins services. Justin never pressured us into any decision, but merely posed the question of why we were looking to rent. Circumstances at the time indicated in my mind anyway, that we were not ready to venture out as homeowners. When renting no longer made sense to us, Justin was right there to guide us through the process of becoming home owners. Justin is a professional through and through. His customer service is top tier, and I am so glad that we got to go through this process with him. He said from the beginning that the closing process will go by before you know it, and I honestly didnt realize how fast it truly goes when you have such an amazing team in place to see you through it. I implore anyone and cannot recommend enough if you are even thinking of purchasing a home to get in contact with this man. Youll be thankful you did, as Im writing this I am in my lounge chair of our brand new home so thankful and fulfilled.
