KC Rodriguez was recommended to me by my sister, and I could see why because she was very helpful and hands out throughout our journey on achieving our first home. She was very responsive to our questions and even went above beyond our expectations from a realtor. I cant thank her enough for all the help and knowledge she has given me and family. I definitely recommend her when purchasing your dream home as she listens to what you are really looking for and will never leave you disappointed.

I was hesitant when KC told me she could sell my house within 60 days. I was AMAZED when we ended up closing on the sale within 30 days! KC made everything extremely easy for me. She guided me through everything and scheduled all of my appointments from AC to electrical to roofing, etc. I am beyond happy with her service. If you want efficiency and someone that gets things done, I 10/10 would recommend KC to anyone.

KC went above and beyond to help me find my first house. She really listened to what I wanted and needed in a house and found me options that were excellent contenders in very nice areas and within my budget. With all the options I saw, I was able to find my first house with a week or two! The process was quick and smooth, I couldnt of asked for a better realtor. Shes responsive, super knowledgable at what she does and an excellent resource for anyone looking for a home. I definitely recommend KC to anyone looking to buy a house, you cant go wrong!

KC is a great realtor, she made sure i understood the whole process when it came to selling my home. It only took 30days from the time we started till i signed my closing well over what i thought id get for it. Also she has a whole group of folks she can call that will come over and do whatever repairs needed to be done at very reasonable rates and they are all very professional and fast. If you need a realtor for either buying or selling your home i would recommend KC and Fil-Am Realty they will treat you like family and make sure your happy through-out the entire process. Specifically, all the things that my agent , KC WALKER-RODRIGUEZ , did to get me here. If you are looking for a home, I would love to recommend KC, can’t say enough about her professionalism, her true caring nature and extensive knowledge/connections. She is a nurse as well so she knows how to advocate for her clients. She brings all that qualities to the table for her clients not just in real state but in transition to my new home. She doesn’t forget you once deal is done, I would always call her for something and she would gladly give me recommendations, she’s my go to person about my house, she treated me like a family/friend.. I would highly recommend this company especially my agent KC, she is definitely awesome.

Katherine (KC)was on it from beginning and we started looking at homes right away. Since I work late she was flexible with the home tours on weekdays and on Saturdays. As a first time home buyer she was very patient answered any and all questions with honesty. During some of the tours katherine pointed out some of the issues the homes had which allowed us to make an informed decision on weather or not to place a bid in. She was also able to negotiate with the seller to get me some credits towards my closing costs. During the appraisal process my lender and appraisal company were dropping the ball and delaying closing. Katherine went above and beyond and put pressure my lender and the appraisal company to get the process moving again. She got my lender to give me credit for the appraisal fee since the appraiser they chose wasnt meeting expectations.If we ever decide to sell our home in the future we will definitely use Katharine(KC)again.

However, I did not stress out since she actively addressed any issues that arose and always had the right answer. She was very proactive often taking care of issues before they became a problem. Buying a home is typically stressful, well that is unless you have Lorraine Castillo. My family and I were ready to make the move and we knew the exact location we wanted and what price we were willing to pay. With houses not staying on the market for more than a day in my desired neighborhood I am confident that without Lorraine I wouldn’t be sitting in my dream home right now writing this review. Lorraine made our home buying process seamless and enjoyable. She is more than knowledgeable about the process and is a talented negotiator! She walked us through the entire process and took the stress out of what can be a stressful situation. I look forward to working with Lorraine again in the future.

I live in the cambridge village apartments, and Ive been extremely satisfied with living here. Fil-am Realty has taken care of us better than I would expect a realty company to. When we found out the oven wouldnt work in our apartment, they immediately sent us a brand new one which we have loved, and when I broke our shower, they promptly sent over a guy to have to fixed. Candy has called several times to make sure maintenance people came and that we were getting proper treatment. I would recommend going through this company to anyone.
