Lalit was an amazing, best and blessing who helped us throughout the house buying process. We were first timer buyer, nervous and confused but he made it easy for us at every step of it. He assisted us choosing best house for our family. Always available, ontime and even made him available where he wouldnt have to. Highly recommended if you need someone to take your worries in this process. He is simply The BEST. Thank you so much Lalit, you are not only amazing realtor but an great person himself too.

We would like to thank Lalit Thakkar for all of the work he did in getting our property to close for us. Early morning texting, late night phone calls and emails...always positive and always cheerful :-) He was a terrific young man to have representing us! He really goes above and beyond his duties to help you find your house and making sure everything is safe for you and your family. From the first visit he was engaged and informative about the areas we had interest in. After only two visits Lalit understood what we were looking for and found us the house of our dreams.We couldnt have asked for a better realtor than Lalit.What a truly great person you have representing your company! If ever again we are in need for an agent up in the Dallas area or know of someone that is looking for a good agent and company, we would definitely suggest this company.

Lallit was extremely professional and responsive, the two attributes that you need in a real estate agent. I have worked with other agents in the past, but Lallit has been the best among them. He was extremely courteous and never got frustrated, always accommodated our requests / or showings. Was always very thorough with the follow ups with us and the opposing agent. Negotiated well and warned us about the many pitfalls. Lallit made our whole house buying experience very pleasant (unlike other agents), will highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for buying or selling a house.

First we met Lalit a property listed for sale, and we were not working with any realtor at that moment. Upon our request he was able to schedule the showing with in 10 minutes and we were impressed with his response and quickly accommodating our request, since then went with him as our realtor and followed by many more showings.He has enough patience to deal with any clients because he understands the needs and will put himself in the client shoe from showing to closing.The house we bought was investment property, starting from showing all the way to renting out he did an Awesome job.! Last minute things are pretty common in our life and with COVID it is more challenging, we had to give him short notices for some showing or any other requests he was always responsive and was able to make himself available for us, thats his biggest asset.Lalit, thanks for your help. I could not have found anyone more helpful than you.
