We had an outstanding experience working with Farris McMahon Group. We worked primarily with Lauren Farris, who has raised the bar of our expectations working with a realtor. We were transplanting to Dallas. Lauren took time to educate us on neighborhoods and schools. When we were able to travel to look at houses, she arranged two full days of house hunting, interspersed with her detailed knowledge of Dallas. She’s an excellent tour guide. Laura Frazure was also too notch and helped acquaint us with what is now our new neighborhood.Once we found a house we liked, Lauren was integral in closing our deal. She worked closely with our builder and lender to make sure we closed on time. Thanks to Lauren’s hard work and hustle, we closed on our new home and moved in before our kids started their new schools. If we’re ever crazy enough to move again, we will only do so with Lauren’s help. We highly, highly recommend Farris McMahon Group!

I had a great experience working with these ladies, and have consistently referred them to my friends and clients. Kelley and Lauren really know the Lakewood / East Dallas / White Rock area market inside and out. They are great with negotiating the contract and concessions, as well as finding homes with features that are best for you, with what you want included. When looking at some of the homes, Kelley was especially helpful in suggestions for renovations that would provide the best value and return, and they both have connections with service providers for things that have come up over the years since I purchased a home. I cannot say enough positive things about them!
