Farren was amazing at guiding my husband and I through the process of buying our first home! He made sure to understand our requirements, and he was very efficient when it came to scheduling as many tours as possible during our availability. He was even able to negotiate the seller of our house pay the title fee and also replace the roof for us. He was available to us when we needed to call or text with questions. We met Farren Perera at an open house showing. We decided to proceed with our house hunting and contracted through him. Farren was communicative throughout the entire process and was courteous, friendly, and honest. I couldn’t be happier with the work he did for us. He showed us several homes and was very thorough during the walk-throughs. He quickly discovered what we were looking for. He helped us find the perfect Home. Farren was excellent in the negotiation process and offered us extra help as we were going through the closing process remotely. He was on top of everything the whole time. Farren is hands down the most responsive realtor Ive ever worked with. When I was moving to Dallas for a job change and needed to rent a house, he dedicated an entire Sunday to show us around 6 or 7 properties in the Dallas area. No complaints, always upbeat, and patiently answered all my questions. His honesty and attention to detail are commendable – he spots those tiny issues that could turn into headaches after you move in.Even on our last day in Dallas, Farren spent an additional 3 hours with us checking out 5 more properties. What sets him apart is that he never pressured me to rush into a lease for his commission. After we submitted our application, we found another house we were interested in. I contacted Farren for a virtual tour, and without hesitation, he drove an hour to the property that same night. His professionalism and proactive approach truly left a lasting impression on me.

First of all, Farren is extremely involved in DFW market, is data-oriented, would use market analysis and present conclusive findings to help his clients make the best decision.He has ability to navigate through complex situations through-out the home buying process.
