When it comes to rent increases, they have been very manageable and have offered payment assistance when/if needed! Plus the payment portal is super easy to use and makes being able to pay rent quick and hassle free.I love being able to communicate openly with everyone in the office about any issues that may occur. They are always fast to respond to any message and have been nothing but professional about everything!Everyone that I have had the pleasure of speaking with at Farah has been absolutely amazing and extremely helpful in every way! I have been a resident for just over a year now and look forward to continuing to do so for as long as possible!A big shout out to Megan for going above and beyond this past year that Ive been here! Thank you for everything!

Ive been with them for 4 years almost 5 and they are really great people. There has only been one change in person, who advanced on to greater things but their replacement is awesome! They are always friendly and very helpful in any situation, whether the tenant has created it or not! If it wasnt for my trying to buy my own house one day, I would like to stay where I am for quite some more time. Even my neighborhood is great!

Kind and attentive office staff.They offer several ways to pay rent that save me drive time and allow me to pay through local retailers with Payslip.Very convienient for me.Ive rented from Farah for several years now and they have been very flexible with me when needed on multiple issues.I had not rented prior to this and had little experience with how everything worked but Ive gained my renters sea legs now.Allowed me to make upgrades to the home and to paint interior and exterior as well as replace interior lighting with more decorative up to date fixtures.

So many good things to say about Farah. Rent increases are nonexistent to minimal when so many landowners are gouging prices. The maintenance requests are filled quickly. Farah has provided my family and I a home for a very good price for a few years now and will hopefully continue to do so many years to come.

Selena Garcia sets the GOLD STANDARD for efforts to keep business thriving in all times! I have been more than pleasantly surprised at her consistent communication and continous clarity on sometimes confusing concerns. I have never had such a positive experience with a property manager. I recommend taking the time to have a conversation with them to give you confidence in their ability to deliver.
