Zeke was my realtor for my first house ever, and he was fantastic! He is incredibly courteous, knowledgeable, and a hard worker! He always answered my calls or got back to me very quickly. I had never done this process before and would’ve been completely lost without him. His emails were so thorough and professional that he (jokingly) got offered a job by the loan company at one point! If I ever need to move, I will no doubt return to Zeke!

Zeke Quijano not only made buying our first home a manageable process, but his kindness, humor, and expertise made it a memorable experience. Working with Zeke took what is often a stressful time and allowed us to look back at buying our first home as an exciting, fun memory. We never felt alone, anxious, or lost when working with Zeke, and he checked in on us regularly to see if we had questions or needed help. He patiently explained processes to us as many times as we needed, and we always felt certain he was our advocate when the Title Company or sellers agent didnt communicate or proceed as expected. We never had to wonder if we were receiving the best service, getting the full picture or story, or missing out on something better. Zeke graciously accommodated almost any meeting time we needed, given that we were juggling a lengthy commute and inflexible work schedule. Weve now owned our home for over 2 months, and still have no complaints regarding the service we received from Zeke. We cannot recommend him enough, and he has our heartfelt thanks for making a lifelong dream come true.

“My son-in-law referred me to Zeke because he was once his neighbor and they got to know one another, and as I trust my son-in-law, I trusted Zeke as well. On our first encounter we explained all the things we were looking for and at the top of the list was being on the Leon Creek trailway as we love to bicycle, and the next day he took us out and he had done his homework. He showed us houses that were along the trailway and even some neighborhoods that would be potential matches to what we were looking for. He spent over 2 hours with us. Why would I have chosen anyone else?!When we put our bid on our new house he did a video viewing of the home. He was willing to go out again with my son and daughter-in-law and video with us, so we could get family input since we live on the East coast. He was helpful in coming up with our final offer, and after our offer was accepted he was involved in the whole process between the mortgager, the title company and the sellers agent. He also was very helpful in going over the inspection with us.I couldnt be happier with Zeke, and he went above and beyond what I would expect from a realtor.
