Working with Denise at EXIT Realty was such an amazing experience buying my first home. She did such a great job explaining all of the details in buying a home, allowed me to take my time and was always there to support me. When I decided to buy a new home from Carefree she was always in communication with them and updated me as soon as possible. Having her there every step of the way felt like such a smooth process and she would never hesitate to answer and explain any questions I had. She is passionate in her line of work and I highly recommend her for anyone who is looking to buy a home.

Had the absolute best experience with buying my first home with this agency. Denise Zubia was an amazing support system as a realtor and had my best interest at heart at all times and made me feel like my mom was with me throughout the whole process.She was open to my schedule and worked with viewings whenever I had time available because of my busy schedule.Anyone who says otherwise must be making things up or hard themselves to work with. My fiancé and I purchased our Hakes Brother home a few months ago, and we had the PLEASURE of having Denise Zubia as our realtor. Her work ethic truly stunned us. We asked to go see our house serveral times throughout the process and she never hesitated to take us. She was very thorough when she explained the process to us, and we felt extremely comfortable her and can not recommend her enough. We see why she is an owner of EXIT Elite realty, her professionalism exceeded our expectations. She has been in this business for over 15 years and it truly shows. We have several family members and friends who have used her and not one has had an issue with her. As a first time home buyer, Denise made sure we understood all the documentation and was present to all but one meeting due to her having a PERSONAL LIFE and that’s something we can RESPECT. If there was any a time that should could not make an appointment or meeting she communicated that to us as she does to all her clients, and if there was something that we did not understand with our lender, we communicated that to her, and she clarified it for us to the best of her knowledge, because after all she’s a REALTOR, not a lender. I can not recommend Denise enough!! Thank you for all you have done Denise, you are a true face of the Real Estate community.
