She took the time to meet with them in person, walked them through the details of home buying (since it had been over 30 years), and answered their questions along the way. What can I say about Eve, she’s a rockstar agent. She sold our home in the woodlands in 4 days. Did a great job with marketing and had over 20 showings/ open house. Very stunning professional pictures and video.Then she helped us buy our new home in Montgomery. We had a seller at the new house that was less then accommodating, not very friendly but Eve she maintained the highest level of professionalism and guided us through nightmare. I’d give her 6 stars if google let me.Highly recommended for buying and selling.

Immediately after contacting Eve, she set up a quick phone call just to get to know us. About what we were looking for, asked questions about our family and what our wish list looked like for our next home. We then met Eve in person a few days later and we knew she was perfect for finding our dream home. Eve communicated with us almost daily which really made us feel important and a priority. Once we knew we found our dream home, Eve connected us with everyone that we needed to move through the buying process and it was much easier than we were expecting. Eve was fantastic and made our move back to Texas incredibly easy. She showed us 14 homes in one day and was very patient as we tried to find the right home for our family. We were only in town for one day looking at homes and Eve planned the whole day of showings out ahead of time. She even drove us around The Woodlands showing us the surrounding area. There was a few things that happen outside of Eve’s control and she went out of her way to make sure they were made right and handled correctly before we closed. If you are looking for a realitor in The Woodlands and surrounding area, Eve is a grate choice and will make sure you find your dream home!
