If I could give 6 stars I would have. Evan helped me every step of the way. While looking at houses, he would give me his honest opinions about the pros and cons of each house. Also, if he saw any troubling problems with the house he’d tell me. For example, one house we went to he notice you can hear every step someone takes upstairs from the first floor. Probably bad subfloors. Felt like he wasn’t just trying to make a sale. Think his biggest thrill is negotiating in your behalf. Also, have great references about movers, cleaners, and contractors. I would recommend him to anyone I know in a heartbeat!

Evan is simply amazing. He was able to take what was likely to be a bad situation with the sale of my house and turn it around. He helped guide me in making inexpensive, but impactful, updates and for recommending great contractors for the repairs needed to list. He was there every step after we got multiple offers (some even above asking!) on the first weekend and helped guide me in making the right selection. It has been an absolute pleasure working with Evan! I am a first time home buyer and a busy mom with kids. He was so motivated to find me a home that fits my needs. He was so patient with me from start to finish and has the friendliest, most cheerful personality for the job. When I picked my home, Evan used his strong negotiation skills to win a multiple offer situation in a limited availability neighborhood and negotiate a good amount of the closing costs paid by seller. He also protected my earnest money in the contract so i had peace of mind throughout the process. In a historically tight market he found us a house that was exactly what we needed. He didn’t pressure us to push our budget or settle for a bad house. When we found the house he really nailed the initial bid, helped explain the inspection report, and walk us through the negotiations. His instincts are sound and he is incredibly friendly. ***Buy the home you love with Realtor Evan Rayborn**My family and I were house hunting for about 8 months. We had gone through multiple offers, loss out on bids, and dealt with multiple realtors. Evan must have been heaven sent because he actually cared about making his clients dreams a reality. We had about 60 days left on our lease and we were on a serious time crunch. Evan listened to our needs and was dedicated to helping us find a home before our lease ended. Within 2 weeks of working with Evan he found us a new lender that helped us lock in a lower rate. Evan was patient, creative, and went well above and beyond to make things happen. I went from losing bids the past few months to Evan securing a home for us on our 1st offer (again within 2 weeks). I could not have asked for a better home buying experience! I just happened upon Evan’s information on Facebook and hit the jackpot! We were in GA, I was just coming home from a deployment and was facing a quick turn around move to TX. So we started messaging through Facebook and then phone. We discussed what I was hoping for and initial concerns on my end. Even recommended starting with Jon Holmes to see where we stood as far as applying for a mortgage. We had some credit hurdles in the past and that is never easy to talk about! Jon was fantastic, I’m so grateful for Evan referring him. We worked though all issues, I followed his guidance to the letter and BAM! Approved! In the meantime, Evan and I were virtually house hunting. He sent me homes that were within my preferred price range and area I had requested. He definitely paid attention to my needs and only sent what fit my parameters, not just a bunch of homes that I had to weed through. He did FaceTime walk throughs as well. We also had a time difference, that I tended to forget, but still ALWAYS had quick response time for my 50,000 questions! It (home buying) was a very intimidating experience. Thankfully, Evan was always reassuring and very patient with me, he could tell when I was stressing and we would talk it out. Then we started the foot search when i arrived to TX, but we had already narrowed the search so it only took a few days. Ultimately, he got us a great deal on a home that checked my boxes in a very harsh market. And I love my house ❤️ I would have bought a home regardless, but Evan made it as stress free and fun as possible due to his easy going personality as well as his vast knowledge as a realtor and his familiarity of San Antonio. Y’all.....I can’t even begin to tell you how much I want to sing the praises of Evan Rayborn!!! We just closed today. I reached out initially online, while still living out of state (we’re military), really just snooping at the time. Evan was quick to respond, and the rest was history. As soon as I arrived to San Antonio we started searching. I let him know what area I wanted, what price I wanted and things about the houses that needed to be there for me to look it. He stayed exactly where I wanted to be. We never strayed or looked at a higher price range, he stayed true to my wants and needs. He gave me knowledgeable information about some of the areas I was looking at, never having lived in San Antonio I didn’t know much about the area. He always gave me pros and cons and I never felt pressured to stray away from something I wanted, but appreciated the insight. He was always available and always responsive. Which turned out to be SO important in this current housing market. He responded quickly to my questions even if it’s something that didn’t need an immediate response. Sometimes he just checked in on me knowing I was here alone and prone to freak outs time to time 🤪 (I had every worse case scenario running through my head!) He knew how important it was for me to move this process as quickly as possible (without rushing) so my family could join me. He suggested a lender since I had not chosen one and I could not be happier, having followed his recommendation. There is nothing about purchasing this home that Evan didn’t have a hand in (helpful, never pushy) including setting me up with someone who handled swapping over utilities. If you have a need, he has “a guy”. If you are purchasing a home in San Antonio area, call him. You will not regret it!
