Eva is the best realtor in the area. She listens to what you have to say whether you are in the market to buy or sell. We have purchased two homes with Eva. We have also sold two homes with her as well and would call no other agent. She has an amazing team and they know the business inside and out. From beginning to end Eva and her team were 10000% on top of everything ! Eva knows what shes doing and if you want to sell your home, listen to her. We had a full price offer on our home 21 days after listing with her and then we purchased our new home from her. I loved the fact I could call or text her with any questions or concerns I had and she always had the answer and never made me feel like I was being annoying or she was putting me off ... My husband and I both appreciated the fact that she was very straight forward about everything and didnt try to sugarcoat anything, she tells you what you NEED to hear, not what you want to hear. Her #1 goal was to sell our home for the price we needed and in the shortest amount of time and thats EXACTLY what she did.I also want to acknowledge what an amazing team of ladies Eva has working with her. Amy and April were always easy to reach and quick to respond. There were times, during the purchase of our new home, if not for Eva AND Amy being so amazing and DETERMINED to get us the house we wanted, we would have given up...
