My husband and his business partner payed Etheredge to manage their small apartment complex in Texas City. The experience was a very bad one.Typically the units in the apartment rent out quickly however we were seeing the units go vacant at months at a time. We believe potential renters who called Etheredge to inquire about the rent; were then told about their properties. Mr. Etheredge owns a lot of property apparently, and needs tenants to make his mortgage payments to the bank. This caused my husband and his partner to lose close to $6,000 during the 5 months they had Etheredge manage their property.I would not recommend Etheredge to anyone.
