Erin Gates is amazing! We wouldnt be homeowners of our beloved home without her. Her flexibility to meet us at house viewings (and there were many!) was great. She was always prepared with information about the houses and neighborhoods. She responded to our numerous questions quickly. She was also our advocate to insure items were repaired on our home and that details with our lender and closing went smoothly. We were demanding buyers but she was nothing but gracious, navigating us through the complicated process of house buying with ease. We are so grateful we had Erin and highly recommend her to perspective home owners.

Erin knocked it out of the park - I would give her 6/5 stars if I could!From helping us find rental properties in 2018/19 to holding our hands (as first time buyers) through the purchase of a home in the Austin Real Estate Market in 2020, Erin brings it all to the table. She is direct, open and honest, communicates early and often, reliable, and made the home buying process for us EASY - no question was too big or too small (or too dumb) Trying to find and buy a home in a demand heavy market is stressful and time consuming for buyers - Erin helped us navigate through what to expect and when to expect it with utmost professionalism and a extremely positive but realistic way. If you’re looking for another realtor stop NOW! Erin is your girl. From start to finish was the most amazing experience. She’s firm where it’s important to be firm and flexible when needs to be flexible. Always very responsive and quick to calm us during stressful negotiations. Negotiated for things we didn’t even consider and went above and beyond throughout the whole process. She’s kind, polite, firm, and will make sure you’re taken care of and happy. Within 24 hour had an offer on the table and accepted on our dream home all because of her! We can’t say enough good things!
