Erin and Zoe were amazing! They came over several times and sat down with us to look at our options and opportunities for selling while we were trying to decide whether or not to put our house on the market. We finally decided to go forward. They helped us plan out our marketing strategy and then put it into action. We had seen several homes on the market sitting for a number of weeks, and some for a few months. We were expecting the adventure to take some time. Erin listed our house on a Thursday, did an open house on that Sunday, and she had four offers for us that Monday morning! We sold our home and were out in a month! The ladies did an amazing job of marketing our home and guided us through the entire process, all the way through closing!
