First I want to say Thank Erik for everything he’s done for my family through our home buying experience 2-3 years ago. Erik made it so easy buying a house and it was completely stress free. From managing time to look at properties and working with us every step of the way. Now we have officially sold our house with the help from Erik and his team and I couldn’t see myself or anyone else not wanting to work with Erik as their Agent!

If I could give more than five stars I would. Erik is the most exceptional realtor I have ever had the pleasure of working with. He has such a kind heart and he make sure to reach out and keep you in the loop. If anyone you know wants to buy home I would recommend him 100% over and over again he is a true blessing to my family and helping us find our perfect home that fits us. It doesnt see you as a dollar sign he sees you as a part of his family you couldnt get a better realtor and my husband would say the same exact thing this man has a heart of gold!

Erik made sure that we got the best house with a great school nearby for our daughter. The house he recommended is now up $40k in value in just a year! Erik was my first realtor and now the only one I will use in my area.I was expecting to be looking for a home for months, and he got me an offer accepted in weeks. His hard work and dedication is beyond what is to be expected from someone in his profession.He is an excellent negotiator and knows his way around a VA loan. Since my job is in the military I had to buy long distance and he was with me every step of the way. He answered every question (even the obvious ones that sometimes I asked myself why I had to ask), supply adequate photos and videos, sometimes when not even requested.
