Erica is a great real estate agent! She is very knowledgeable about the buying process.When I was very indecisive about certain issues she provided me with resources to assist me in making sound decisions. I cant fully verbalize the fullness of the experience working with Erica was but I will do my very best! First I will start by saying this entire process for me was about trusting and moving on faith. In July I became aware that where Id called home for 9 years Id need to move by October! My fiance is currently deployed so needless to say the natural overwhelm that comes with moving was intensified times 10! I called Erica and went to her site and I found the city that I felt so called to! Had never heard of it before but it felt like (home). We set up a few home visits and Erica was so patient, understanding and gentle through the entire process. When we walked into the home I am now in ,I knew it was the one. Everything about it felt right. The process wasnt without its hurdle but during it all I never felt like I didnt have a safety net. I never felt like I didnt have support or someone who was knowledgeable about the intricate details of the process. She was a Godsend throughout the entire process start to finish! & now Im literally in the home I knew was the perfect home. If you want someone who is honest and truly puts your needs first she is your person! Honest, patient, knowledgeable & trustworthy are just some of her qualities!

Having Mrs. McKenzie as our realtor was one of the best decisions we have ever made. On more than one occasion she caught issues we wouldnt haven even known to look for. She was super responsive and actually listened to what we wanted! Throughout the whole process, and it was a long one because we ended up going with a new constitution, she was our advocate and sought only what was best for us, not convenient for her!
