Erica was our realtor in the purchase of our home. We chose her out of the long list of available realtors due to her being so trustworthy and also being bilingual. She was very communicative throughout the whole process. Even when we received not so good news regarding our build, the way she communicated to us made us feel at ease instead of having worry. Erica was also very involved with the new build process and attended every single meeting with us and we appreciated her commitment to our home! Once the deal was done, Erica still reaches out to make sure how it is going with our home and has given me reminders of tasks that need to be done and has offered her help when providing me those reminders. We are so appreciative for everything Erica did to help us get our dream home, there are not enough thank you’s in the world!!
