I decided to sell my Rental Property in Arlington but didn’t know where to find a realtor I could trust in the area. I searched Google and after reading many reviews, I found the best realtor, Eric Torres. My rent house was built in 1943; it was old, needed paint, repairs, etc. I figured I would never be able to sell it myself. My health was bad and I knew nothing about selling houses. That’s where Eric made it all happen. He made recommendations for some affordable repairs including, external paint, a new dishwasher & bathroom vanity. Before these tasks were all done, Eric already had people inquiring and scheduling showings. I had 2 viewings and offers within a few days. The offers were less than I wanted and told Eric maybe I should go ahead and accept one. He encouraged me to keep showing it and within a few days I got an offer that was more than I had hoped for. Eric walked me through the whole process of selling and closing the contract. I could NOT have sold the house myself and I doubt another realtor could have nor would have worked with me so well. It was a pleasure.

We loved Erics honesty, straight-forward style, expertise, and dedication. We had a very challenging sale trying to sell a home from out of state that needed extensive repairs (former rental trashed by previous tenants) in a tough buyers market.Eric moves fast and responds quickly when you need him. He helped us with everything from start to finish, and hands-down had the most accurate pricing advice of the many agents we interviewed. Eric was able to connect us with contractors he personally knew and trusted. He advised us on what to focus on and what to let slide, then coordinated with the contractor to get the work done for us. All while we were out of state! The work was done quickly and well and at a great price, and it turned out to be EXACTLY what we needed. (Including doing one small repair himself.) Our house sold fast and for over asking! After the passing of my grandmother, being 7 months pregnant, I made the difficult decision to sell our family home. My grandparents built the home in the 60’s, I grew up in the home, and so did my kids so there were lots of emotions involved. Eric took care of every single detail for me so I had no stress at all. He protected me and looked out for me through the entire deal knowing the emotions I was processing. I don’t know how he handles the things he deals with on the daily but I’m very grateful I had him on my side. Even his amazing wife helped me get through this tough emotional time. Me and my wife worked with Eric for over three months during our home buying process and were both extremely grateful to have him on our side. As first time homebuyers under a VA loan, Eric’s knowledge on what to look for when touring home listings and his guidance through the loan process were invaluable to us having a fast and smooth transition. Once we found the home we liked he ensured we were put in contact with a lender that secured an interest rate well below market average, and did a wonderful job advocating for us, getting roughly $10k worth of concessions from the seller as well as providing us with a homebuyers rebate of up to $1,200 to ensure we saved as much money as possible. After closing he provided us with the contact information for his personally recommended professional trade workers (plumber, electrician, etc.) to provide any services we needed with our house in the future. He remained responsive to any lingering questions or concerns we had and ensured that we knew we could continue to contact him in the future if we needed his help down the line. Will definitely be recommending his services to anyone I know who is starting their home buying journey and will continue to take advantage of his knowledge and resources myself!

He and his financial wizard helped us determine how much home we could afford, found us the best loan options, and then patiently showed us house after house until we landed the PERFECT home. After we moved in, he had a list of people for me to contact for painting, etc that I wanted to do with my new home. I cant say enough about how outstanding Eric is.
