I feel so lucky to have found him because Eric recently helped me complete a remote, complex home purchase in El Paso the middle of a pandemic that called on Erics consummate professionalism, knowledge, experience, communication skills and patience.Dont let Erics calm demeanor fool you. He is highly disciplined, which shows in his retention of details, his reliability, and his punctuality. If Eric says hell meet you at 2:00, you can be sure he will be there 10 minutes early. If he says hell call you on a certain day at 10:00 a.m., you can set your watch by it.His communication is detailed, ongoing and superior, whether it is good news or bad. His low-key bearing helped keep me calm when at times things got very frustrating. He was empathetic when issues arose, and then immediately got to work fixing them.I asked a lot of questions, texted him day and night, and my transaction required Eric to go the extra mile because of the circumstances. Through it all, he met and exceeded all of my expectations. He even found a contractor for me to make some home modifications before we moved in and has continued to stay in touch after we closed on the home. I was in the military and as you can imagine, Ive moved several times, bought and sold house several times also. But I never found a reator as Eric. His ideas and recommendations to sale the house in El Paso were spot on! We vacated the house on a Saturday, he came in with his crew, took photos and staged the house following the plan he recommended. House was placed on the market Sunday and boom, of the market by Monday with 5 different offers. Oh, and to make things even better, We made a profit above our initial asking price.From the time that we contacted him, to the sale of the house, he was available 24-7 to answer any of our questions and to help us with the closing process.
