Eric worked out a lot of complications to get us the house we so badly wanted. When we thought it was a loss, he made sure to do everything within his power to get us our dream house. And alas, he did so!We are very happy to work with him and have done so previously and will do so again. He is very responsive, has a great attitude, hard working, detailed and very understanding.He works with you to get you the best plan that will have the most benefits for your situation.We appreciate everything he has done for us and look forward to selling our house with him as well.

Nicole is the the best agent We have ever dealt with. She helped us sell my parents house after they had both passed. She went above and beyond what we expected. She dealt with other agents that were showing the house and did not lock doors after, did not set the alarm, etc. She would go over to the house and verify and or lock up and set the alarm so we did not have too. We will definitely call her when we need another agent. I cannot say enough good things about her.

We worked Eric Passeau for about two years to find a home, Eric was very patient and responsive to what we were looking for and helped us immensely in the current and quite crazy real estate market that we are in. When we finally found a house that met our needs Eric was perfect in what he does in listing our former home and getting a very good price for it. We had multiple offers the first day, which isnt unusual in this market, but he does seem to have the marketing and selling of a listing down to a science. I believe he got us the most offers (all very good) and the best price that we could have possibly received for our prior home. We have received an offer on the first day of listing of prior homes that we have sold, but we have never received multiple offers on the first day before.

Alicia was great! She was helpful every step of the way and extremely responsive. We saw everything we wanted when we wanted. She even previewed houses for us when we weren’t available once she was comfortable with our priorities. She connected us with a buying program that helped us win the first house we bid on! She also helped sell our house quickly and with ease and for above asking price! Both deals closed very quickly. All important for a busy working family. Thanks again Alicia!!

This review is about Nicole Hodgson. I was referred to her by my older brother, she’s worked with him on several properties. I was relocating from California and Nicole was so helpful, responsive, attentive, and dependable. It was my first time purchasing a home, she was very thorough with explaining documents to me and making sure we were aligned. She was available at all hours despite the time difference. Ultimately we found the perfect home and she helped male the process so seamless and not stressful. I’ve recommended her to family and friends, she’s wonderful and friendly, I’d recommend her to anyone!

Eric was the best! We started working with him after an unpleasant experience with the realtor we had at the time. He was so on top of everything and very involved during the whole process.When we liked a house within his search engine - I had all the details within 15 min and he was asking when we wanted to see it. He also would come to open houses with us which he did NOT have to do. Just really showed how dedicated he was to helping us find our home!It was such a fun and pleasant experience from start to end. (Which is hard to do in a market like this) I would recommend Eric and his team to anyone looking for a fast and seamless transaction!

Nicole listed our home in Carrollton and sold it for us and also we purchased a home in Garland with her help. The Garland purchase was easy and went smoothly. The Carrollton sale of our house was quite rocky due to several contracts that fell through because of different issues with the buyer. Nicole was absolutely great in helping us through this frustrating time. She was always on top of things, encouraging and extremely easy to get ahold of when we had questions and problems. She acted very professionally and we would definitely use her again to buy or sell a house.
