Don’t hesitate. They treat and fight for you just like their own family. We had problems with a buyer not disclosing pertinent information and Jennifer fought hard for us. She takes the time to explain everything very well and provided us with the perfect showing agent for us that she handpicked. She updated us on what our lender was doing and when things looked like they may not go through in time she found another lender for us. She included a wonderful gift at closing and has even checked in with us a few times after closing. We couldn’t have done it without her. Don’t make the same mistake we did Choose her first! I was selling my mothers house on behalf of her estate after her passing and they made the process incredibly easy. We took what we could as we were all flying home to different states and we had to leave almost everything furniture-wise and keepsake wise in my mothers house. They cleaned it all out did everything to make the house presentable, changed out the carpet painted the walls deep cleaned everything because my mom had dogs and they left their particular aromas all over the house and they got that all cleaned up. And sold the house for more than I thought was going to be the price. Im very happy.

WOOWZERS! I don’t think there is enough space for me to brag about my realtor (get comfy because Im going to try… oh you want the short version? LOL okay)I had another realtor who was pressuring me to buy a house I absolutely did not like. Well, the next day, I was driving through neighborhoods with my mom and this woman approached our car. I know what you are thinking because I thought the same thing too (can I drive away quickly before she sells me whatever she is selling). Well, I am so glad I didn’t. We informed her that we had a realtor & we’re looking at a house with a particular builder. Well, little did we know CLASS WAS IN SESSION. My mom pulled out her notebook to take notes on all the FREE knowledge that we were getting (mom was especially interested in her credentials-the Keathly’s are with an ELITE group of realtors who have special accreditations). Ms. Jennifer proceeded to talk about the areas, the builders, inspections, veteran incentives etc. It was because of this conversation, i found out that the house I was going to buy was being built by a builder with an F RATING! Something my realtor at the time didn’t know.I sent my realtor a very descriptive email & immediately got with the winning Keathly team. Ms. Jennifer (and her lender partner “Auntie Brenda”) have been very kind with my champagne taste which didn’t and STILL don’t match my budget. (Okay I said short version.) Plot twist!
