Eric gave my partner and I the best home buying experience! As a first time home buyer new to Texas and knowing nothing about the local market, it was reassuring to work with Eric because he was extremely knowledgable in this area. Erics follow through and communication were strong; he responded quickly, provided us with specific data and with realistic options that fit our budget. Aside from researching on our own, neither my partner or myself were fluent in the housing market, first time home buyer programs/incentives or specific lenders. Aside from helping us look for something that fits our familys needs, Eric supported us with suggesting a lender who was just as knowledgable and professional. This lender was very insightful and helpful in securing our qualification, appraisal and underwriting in a short period of time.The process of working with Eric was quick and smooth. Eric was absolutely amazing to work with and went over and beyond what any realtor would do. My husband and I have been realtors in The Woodlands for 35 years and know an exceptional agent when we see one. We have known Eric for 30 years and have sold his family multiple homes when he lived in The Woodlands before relocating to the Dallas area and becoming an agent himself. Our family suffered a family loss and Eric stepped in to sell the house for us. In our tender emotional state, Eric was such a blessing and comfort knowing he was doing far more than expected. I have used Eric twice now. Once for a rental property 3 years ago and most recently for the purchase of a home. Eric is a responsive person who either answers his phone or calls back quickly. At the minimum he will text and let you know what his availability is. He understands the stress and anxiety of buying and selling a home and works to be available to help with anything he can. I also find Eric to be a person of character and integrity. I recommend giving Eric the chance to support you with your realty needs.

Eric Boeke is an excellent Realtor! Very knowledgeable and well versed and knows in and out of the real estate world. We know him through a reference, and he has made the experience very smooth. Although I met him only once, from the beginning until the home closing and post closing as well, he went out of the way and assisted us.
