    This rating is for Dottie Eaves, a real estate agent at ERA Sarver Real Estate. Dottie is an exceptional real estate agent, but more importantly, shes an exceptional person. We began looking for a house two years ago, and Dottie has been by our side the entire time. Her patience and determination to genuinely help us find a home during the most tumultuous housing market in my lifetime truly sets her apart from other agents. The sellers agent in our real estate transaction was essentially useless. She wasnt even in the state during the course of the contract. Regardless, Dottie handled absolutely everything necessary to get us to close, and since the purchase she has continually checked in with us about the house. I am happy to recommend Dottie Eaves to anyone looking to buy or sell a home, but Im more happy now that I can truly call her my friend. I honestly cant imagine ever using anyone else for my real estate needs.

    We were moving to Louisiana from out of state, It was a very stressful time we got connected with Shana and she made the process so smooth.     Mary Bostelman was awesome. If you are looking for a realtor in the SE Louisiana area, Mary Bostelman is the woman. I give my highest recommendation for her.     Robin Bailey-Garrett, our ERA agent went above & beyond our expectations. There were glitches (none of them Robins fault), from appraiser to owner she flew over hurdles to get our home purchase to close on time.     Words can not express how thankful we are for this company primarily our amazing property manager Michelle! As a military family we left the area in 2012 and Michelle had made sure that our property has been adequately taken care of while several tenants have lived in our home. Michelle is very hands on with the properties she manages giving us the reassurance we need to know our home is being taken care of. Michelle is also very approachable and great with communication which is key for a homeowner who is so distant from their home.     I have worked with ERA since 07. They have always been very helpful. When arriving to Ft. Polk we decided to buy a house. We connected with our agent immediately. She was more than helpful as we bombarded her with many questions. This was our first home purchase and we wanted to be sure everything was correct.After a short time in Leesville, LA it was time to PCS in 09. We decided to rent our property. We have had a good experience with our rental property agent (Amber Lee). She is more than helpful; always keeping me informed with my property.We had tenants in our property and we ended up having to do major work to our house in order to get it back up to standard. Amber helped make this process smoother. She coordinated all the work and made received several bids for our house. This would have been a huge hassle for me to compete, so it was one less thing to have to worry about knowing my property was in good hands.

    First and foremost I want to say that I rarely write reviews for anything but when it comes to finding a home in this area they are the ones you would like to go to! When our family was searching for a rental home in the area it was very hard to get exactly what you wanted and actually NEEDED until we came here. We called, searched websites and actually went into other realtors offices and met with them and came up with nothing .... that’s when I posted on fb - I got so much feedback telling me to go to them. The next day I went into their office and they have lists that are readily available that tell you price, exactly what you’re getting and what area you will be in and we found a home. Everyone at ERA Sarver has been so helpful, nice and actually genuinely kind with the whole process!
