I had the pleasure of working with Jay Bradley and Amanda Soho of Equinox Realty Group during the sale of my rental property. Ive sat at the closing table as a seller and a buyer - as such, Ive had my fair share of experiences with not-so-great (and down right terrible!!!) brokers and realtors.
