“Shoot for the stars and catch the moon!” It’s one of the many sayings that I heard from Jason Couch.Great experience selling my former residence and purchasing my new home with Jason and his team.Terrific communication at all levels...these guys knew what I wanted regarding both properties and delivered.Without reservation I recommend Epic National Realty as your first choice when searching for a Real Estate agency.

After talking to several realtors, we heard of Epic National through a friend. We were so impressed with their experience & unique sales/marketing plans for our house, that we knew the Epic National team were the ones we wanted to go with! The whole team provided us with very responsive, friendly & ongoing support as we prepared our house for showing (even assisted us with getting several things fixed), & to our surprise, our house sold after ONE DAY on the market, & for over asking price!At the same time, they actively listened to what we wanted in a new house & always had time to answer our questions & show us potential homes. Right before our deadline we found a house & they successfully negotiated to get us exactly what we wanted, for the price we wanted & right on time! We really appreciate their hard work & focus on customer service- theyre really a great team to work with!

I decided to go with Epic because it felt right, I didnt feel like I was getting that what I wanted to hear when I wanted to hear it type of thing, and sure enough gut instinct was right. These guys are truly experts, its been a LONG time since Ive sold a home and the guys made it seamless. Highly Recommended!
