    Working with Kyle is an absolute pleasure. Extremely attentive, honest and caring. He has your best interest in mind and will not push you into a deal if it is not the right fit for you.     Last June 2022, my wife and I decided it was time to buy our first house in Waco. We started our search on a real estate website, then we were contacted by Mr. Kevin Doyle. Quickly within a few hours, he set up the first tour for us to check out three homes on the market. At our first meeting, we were impressed that Kevin was a responsive, informative, and supportive agent. My wife and I shared our strategy with him and Kevin showed his enthusiasm to help us get what we want.The journey took several months, almost a hundred houses seen, multiple requirements involved, and a few times we changed our strategy (price range, location, house size, ...). Kevin was still there with us and always added more energy to our search. Not only did he keep scheduling more and more house visits, but also helped us pre-qualified for a home loan with an affordable interest rate. Sometimes, we felt bad that we had not made any offers to the houses wed seen, and that Kevin would have been discouraged over time. It was us who felt discouraged, not Kevin at all. He continued to back us up, gave several recommendations and encouragement.After 6 months of checking almost all potential houses in Waco (over 20 tours), we finally made offers to the house we loved. Now, we have had one pending for ourselves. This house (behind Kevin, my son and I - see picture) is the best one on the market for our family. We are about to finish this journey, with much gratitude for Mr. Kevin Doyle and his team Envision Group.
